First of all, do not panic!
Famous in the US, a doctor and scientist Mark Hyman wrote a column on what to do if you find cancer.
The problem is that traditional medicine thinks wrong, obsolete categories when it comes to oncology.
- Most experts in this field agree that cancer arises from an imbalance in the body's energy system.

- In other words, cancer is the result of an incorrect lifestyle.
What to do? Change the way of life! On the one hand, it could be an excellent prevention of oncology. On the other hand, some patients can expect that a new way of life will change them and get rid of the tumor. It is known that the immune system of the body under certain conditions can still detect cancer cells and destroy them!
- I would stop eating sugar. Sugar nourishes cancer cells and promotes their development. The average American eats 69 kilograms of sugar and 66 flour for the year! The same thing happens in the rest of the world, where 1.7 billion people suffer from obesity! If you want to prevent the development of cancer or at least take it under control, you will have to adhere to a diet that maintains the normal level of insulin. You will have to eat fiber-rich, fresh, whole, "real" foods and minimize the consumption of sweet processed foods. So you can feed yourself, but deprive the diet of cancer cells.
- I would exclude from the diet all products that do not suit me. What are these products? Everyone has different ways. A major study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that about 35% of Americans suffer from hypersensitivity to gluten. If such people eat bread every day, sooner or later they will die either from cancer or from heart disease. A popular trigger for food allergies are dairy products. In addition, they are associated with insulin resistance. If such people constantly drink milk, and feel bad about their stress or fatigue, sooner or later their inflamed intestines will cause very serious problems. Listen to yourself. If after a meal that you like, but does not fit, you feel bad, give it up!
- I would attend to the inflammatory processes in my body. Inflammations are a direct way to all serious chronic diseases, including cancer. Usually they begin when you develop insulin resistance, autoimmune diseases or allergies. If you feel tired and depressed, lean on foods rich in Omega-3. Their best sources are red fish and flaxseed. They will help your body cope with inflammatory processes.
- I would take care of my bowel health. This is not just about the risks of developing colon cancer. Currently, many scientists are actively testing the hypothesis that the cause of cancer can be a colon microbial. In other words, the cause may be hidden in bacteria that live in the intestine. What to do? To consume as much as possible probiotics and prebiotics: it is kefir, yoghurts. You also need phytonutrients (forest berries), curcumin (contained in turmeric) and resveratrol (there are a lot of it in wine and grapes). This helps slow the inflammatory processes in the intestine.
- I would avoid toxins. The average newborn is born with 287 chemicals that are in his umbilical cord. Some of them are neurotoxic. Why am I doing this? To the fact that none of us can completely avoid the bad influence of toxins. But it can be reduced! First of all, you should avoid pesticides, phthalates, bisphenol A, flame retardants, heavy metals (mercury and lead, first of all).
How to do it?
- Do not buy drinks in plastic containers.
- Do not eat complex semi-finished products.
- Avoid walking in the centers of large cities: lead, getting into the atmosphere from cars standing in traffic jams, is very dangerous if its concentration is higher than usual.
And remember: cancer is not a sentence.
