In this or that manifestation, this is typical of each of us - we are able to motivate ourselves when we need it. The problem is only one: you must always remember this.

Five killers of motivation, as a rule, show themselves from the very morning. It is worth not to pay attention to them, as soon as your motivation will suffer.

Another problem with the motivation is that if you are the most motivated person in the world the day before, most likely, the next day, there will be no trace left of it. You need to learn how to evoke this state in yourself - consciously, several times a day. In the same article, we will pay attention to the killers of motivation. Ingratitude
Gratitude reveals the fullness of life. It teaches to see what is, and not what is not. It turns error into victory, chaos in order, confusion in clarity.

When ingratitude surrounds you, it becomes more difficult for you to focus on the goal and be inspired. This mood kills motivation.

Productivity expert Tim Ferris once said that every morning we need to make a list of what we are grateful for - this is the most powerful thing that can be done to make life better.

Here are the lists you can create:

* Things for which we are grateful.
* Things that surround you in a given second in a particular place, for which you are grateful.
* Create a list of bad things that have happened to you and find in each of them ten positive sides.
* Write a thank you letter or message to someone.

Envy
When envy reaches you, you are blind to everything that you have (hello ingratitude: motivation killers often intersect each other), or consider it useless. You only know about the green grass that never grows on your side from the fence. The strangest thing is that what it is on the other side you can not really know.

Envy concentrates our attention on what we do not have. It's a desire to take something from another person. In such a worldview there is no creative impulse, there is no morality, there is nothing human. And, of course, there is no motivation.

Impatience
Some people consider impatience a virtue. But if you are impatient, emotional burnout is just around the corner. If you are impatient, you will not find the time necessary to do something worthwhile. This is a very insidious thing.

In its emotional nature, impatience is the desire to bring the desired future closer. Remember that you will not make the tree grow faster if you water it more.

Yes, you can learn faster, work faster, but only do it with the mind. However, in life there are such processes that can not be accelerated, and it is necessary to distinguish the first from the second.

How to cope with impatience? You need a road map, so you can see where you are going and enjoy where you are. You need to concentrate on the present moment and the present case: you will not want to bring the future closer, because you will be sufficiently focused on what is happening here and now. Finally, focus on the process, not on the outcome.

Frustration
Frustration occurs when we have too many cases and too little time. It kills motivation to do something and the person simply decides not to do anything. Can this be avoided? In 99% of cases it is possible.

Three strategies are needed:

* Remove not too important and not urgent tasks.
* Organize important tasks.
* Lower the bar, performing the task is not too ideal and saving time.
Inactivity
The more time you spend in inaction, the more difficult it is to get down to business as a result. It is convenient to receive ideas and think about them long enough, and then endlessly talk about them to others, but then you lose the motivation to translate them into reality.
