Starting
in April of 2017 in Nakhodka, the project of awakening the "Health" of
the ovary is the realization of the possibility of each person to
acquire "Health", through training the system of practices of the Lila
Academy.
Since 2017, full-time seminars
with Rama, will begin regularly in the cities of Primorye (Nakhodka and
Vladivostok), followed by reinforcement with practical exercises, one of
which was held last Sunday.
The theme of the practical lesson was: Concentration of attention.
- The first thing we must learn to do is to contact the source and do it regularly (prayer or meditation). This is access to a higher power that organizes your whole life as a person.
- Concentration of attention! At the moment here and now is important both during practice and during normal life. Always when you concentrate your attention on the moment here and now through the observation of breathing, you always return to this power.
- This important practice, develops in each of us a Hunter, who is able to observe and hunt. In our case, hunt for power.
- Hunting for Power, development of the HUNTER in itself, is impossible without a developed concentration of attention, which is also the first prerequisite for living consciously.
