I worked as an orderly in my duties include caring for the sick: I fed them, bathed, shaved, comb changed the bedclothes, helping to relieve themselves, but the more I learned. Over a year of work I learned almost everything that makes the nurse.
Then, a third-year med. Institute have been the subject of: "Nursing", and all that I have learned to do in practice, in the year of work after school, we studied in books. How was it uninteresting and tedious.
I said to myself that the experience produced directly in situations teaches faster, clearer and more interesting.
Later, when I worked as a doctor for many years, I have noticed that there is nothing that compels a person to change the situation themselves.
And that led me to realize that to truly change the human situation in which he is deeply affected by what is happening.
Situations where it is not an observer or reader and an active participant in and forced to change their stereotypes, to resolve the situation.
